10 years of participation in FIRST Robotics has supported my natural curiosity, creativity, and drive to solve real-world problems. Collaborating with a diverse group of team members to solve challenges, create community interaction, and leading others is uniquely challenging and engaging. Donating my software to the FTC community has given me the opportunity to mentor teams around the world. Being a founding member, and Captain of my FTC team, has enabled me to build leadership, collaboration, and programming skills over many years.

I’ve also worked as an unpaid intern, paid intern, and now a contracted employee for an international robotics company over the past 3 years.  Working with their software team to determine their needs and create a plan to assist them by partially rewriting their existing simulator code.
